The village of St Helens is set in a coastal spot between Seaview and Bembridge on the highly rated east side of the island. The property faces attractive village cricket green within the village centre.

The property is approximately 5 mins walk from Bembridge Marina, St Helens Duver (Common) and St Helens Beach, which is one of the finest on the island. The highly rated Baywatch Cafe faces this beach and is an excellent venue for an informal lunch or dinner.
