St Helens set in a coastal spot between Seaview and Bembridge on the east side of the island. The property is situated on the attractive village cricket green in the village centre.
From Fishbourne - Exit the ferry terminal, follow the road to its junction with the A3054. Turn left onto the A3054 and head for signs to Ryde.
Pass Ryde Golf Club on your left. On entering Ryde, keep going straight at a set of traffic lights with left filter/turn directed to Town Centre, and then immediately turn left about 100 yards later. Follow "all routes", on the B3330 towards Seaview.
Stay on this road until you come to a T-Junction, and turn right sign posted to Seaview. Go straight over the next mini-roundabout.
Stay on this road, travelling past the turn off to Seaview. After a couple of miles you will pass through Nettlestone Village.
After about 2 more miles, you will arrive at St Helens which is just past The Priory Hotel. On entering the main village, you will see a large green in front of you. Take the left fork (Lower Green Road).
The Marshes is at the far end of the village, down a track which is on the left just after St Helens car service garage. It is the 2nd last house, approximately opposite the Vine Inn across the green.
From Cowes, head for Ryde, then as above. From Yarmouth, head for Newport, then Ryde, then above.
